Perry Bathroom, Durham

We completed this small bathroom renovation in Durham for Perry — a full refresh of a compact room using grey marble-effect SPC panels on the walls and a darker marble-effect SPC floor for contrast.

The shower is a glass cubicle on a low-profile tray, with an electric shower and a recessed niche tiled into the wall for toiletries. Keeping a cubicle rather than a full wetroom made good use of the limited footprint while still giving a modern, easy-clean finish.

Outside the shower, a dark vanity with a white basin and mirrored cabinet sits beside a close-coupled toilet, with a white heated towel rail on the opposite wall. Extractor ventilation finishes the room for everyday use.
