Called DH1 and Andy was out within days discussed what we wanted no pressure Brian came out do a survey and made some great suggestions Work started and we had a small issue which Brian sorted within the hour Our fitter Reg was fantastic he asked us all along how we'd like things excellent worker I tweeked things as we went along and Reg gave me exactly what I ask for To start we had a small dark bathroom now its white light and modern Thanks Andy Brian and Reg

Just had a fantastic job completed in 5 days. Full bathroom refit, and re-design. Bath out and quadrant shower in to help with my mobility. 2 absolutely lovely lads, Tommy and Shaun completed the work with minimal upheaval. Caused no stress, left tidy after each days work. All rubbish removed within 24 hrs of all work being completed. Very happy customer. Angela

I had the owner come to do an initial measure and talk up through options with the brochure. Andy was really knowledgeable and came across as really genuine and proud which made me trust that the work would be carried out to a high standard. The week before the fitting, a survey was completed by Brian to check all measurements and parts ordered were correct and would fit / work as intended which again was great. Reg then came to fit the bathroom the following week and again was such a genuine guy who took pride in doing a great job. Every single person was fabulous to deal with.

Alison from Heritage Group was great, superb communication, always responding quickly and a great asset to the Company. We had a few minor hiccups with the installation of two new WC's, the types and style agreed, which Alison got sorted. Fitters were sent round asap to fix situation and I would recommend their Service, and special thanks to Alison.

Having procrastinated for far too long on purchasing a new bathroom, I researched every social media platform I could for something that would catch my eye. Just had bathroom refurbished. New wall cladding and bath replaced with a walk in shower. Cloakroom also done with new wall cladding and heated towel rail. Work to a high standard and would recommend

From the start of my bathroom renovation, it was plain sailing. Connor was punctual, and very tidy, explaining everything, so there was no need for worry at all. Rubbish all removed with ease.... highly recommended.

lovely bathroom . .Done within my price range. tidied up after. . to keep price down I got rid of the mess to the tip. When something like the shower mechanism failed about 6 months later . they came out and sorted. was the manufacturers fault. So yes would recommend 👌

I can't complain the service was great the lads went above and beyond staying till late to get finished as problem with the delivery which wasn't there fault so I would use them again and would recommend them

Just had my bathroom fitted by The Heritage Group, fantastic service and a great job done by the two lads that fitted it, couple of little issues came up during the job that were sorted with minimal fuss and no delay!! We got a garage conversion from The Heritage Group. Excellent work start to finish. Tradesmen were second to none and we feel like it was done in no time at all, won't be the last work we get from Heritage group. I would highly recommend.

What a brilliant job! I wanted the cracked, flooded, weed infested area outside my house improved, but I also wanted it to fit with the appearance of this old house. I'm delighted with the result which has resisted the recent heavy rain and looks exactly how I dreamed it might. The Heritage Group listened to what I wanted and did the work efficiently, clearing away all the rubbish and always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

happy with the garage conversion glad we had it done. It took a bit longer than was suggested and hopefully a constructive pointer would be to double check the plans on site before doing the work just so everyone knows what they are looking at and how it will end up just in case anything needs changing and communication could have been a bit better. Over all happy with the result.

Excellent work from Andy who came out to look at the job right through to the fitter, were all excellent to deal with from start to finish. Andy was verry professional and easy to talk to me and although the job was maybe to small to what they normally do, he went out of his way to help us and booked us in. moving onto Brian who was in contact with me every day was a pleasure to talk with. he gave me updates an the delivery of the shower tray and when the fitter was coming.. Connor the fitter was a sound lad came in cracked on and has done an incredible job. I can't thank them enough.

Ray and his team fitted a new imprinted concrete drive , what a brilliant job . They cleaned up after themselves . They came on time . They did a fantastic job . I can highly recommend them .

DH1 Bathrooms did a fantastic job with my new bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble. My old bathroom was removed and a new bathroom was completed within 4 days. Great work, great comms. I would highly recommend this company. Nice friendly staff too.

DH1 Bathrooms transformed my tired old bathroom into a stunning space. Steve and George were absolute professionals - their attention to detail and craftsmanship was top-notch. From start to finish, they were efficient, friendly, and incredibly skilled. The fitting is immaculate, with clean lines and perfect finish. The company were prompt to respond to our initial request for a quote and explained the process clearly. The work was carried out efficiently and we were impressed by the quality and speed of the work carried out.

Communication throughout was excellent. From a very detailed first visit to price the job, to subsequent dealings with Allison in the office. George and Steve who completed the work turned up everyday when they said they would, and worked until late at night, to ensure the job was completed within the week. All work has been carried out to a high standard.

We recently had the bathroom completely refitted, and the transformation has been nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, the process was smooth, with great attention to detail and help and suggestions where required. The fitters George & Steve were top notch and can't recommend them highly enough great lads. Work was completed within the deadline set and we are hugely impressed with the new look bathroom thank you.

We decided to get a warm roof so that we could Use the conservatory more regularly. After a couple of quotes from local companies we decided to use Colin and Josh. Glad we did - overall very pleased with the workmanship and end result. Very tidy while working and took all rubbish away through out.

Great experience from start to finish. Everyone at the company was friendly & helpful from the planning stage to fitting. Paul, our fitter, was first rate and a real grafter. He worked long hours until the job was finished. We now have a lovely modern bathroom which has replaced our old dated one, in lovely black, white & greys. We even got a few extra improvements on our filters recommendation. Top job all round

After having my other bathroom and ensuite revamped, my downstairs toilet which is under the stairs looked very sad. So I again used DH1 to come up with some ideas how to make it look fresh and modern. After a discussing various options with Andy, the work was completed in a couple of days. After 20 years of broken taps, cracked tiles and leaks I decided to go for a revamp. I'm very particular in what I like and the team at DH1 delivered. Plenty of options to choose from but the initial meeting with David helped narrow down the choices and gave an input into what worked well together. As 3 rooms were getting done it was a big job and mess was to be expected, but fitters were courteous and polite and did a good clean up at the end. Big thanks to Allison who remains in contact with you throughout the process and professionally deals with any queries or issues. Well done

A big thanks to Alison and her team. Alison sent out a sales person who was helpful and helped with choosing the designs and the bathroom sets. Then a surveyor was sent to check everything. Our booking date was set for 2 weeks later. Alison called me, to let me know Tony & Chris will be turning up. Both gents turned up, and started work, both builders were polite, friendly and completed the job without any issues. We had new bathroom sets installed, new walls, flooring, and cladding ceiling with spot lights. They were quick and very professional. Thanks Alison, I highly recommend youse

Got in touch for a quote for my bathroom refit, easy to organise and kept me right with what would look good or bad but within it having the finishing look I was after. The day it was meant to start the fitter did not show up, the number I had was to a turned off phone, Alison and Amy tried and got the same result. They were in constant contact with me throughout this and then organised for another fitter to start the next day. the fact that they got another fitter sorted so quickly who done the job to a high standard is a good reflection of the company in my opinion.

The whole process was excellent from start to finish. We were able to book a free quote within 24hrs of requesting. They were able to book us in for a surveyor the following day and then the job within 4 weeks. The company rang to check in frequently and reassured us of the process. Workman ship and courtesy has been excellent, fitters were honest and thorough with the job. Payment instalments provided reassurance that the job would be completely paid once the job was completed to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company.

Needed a stand alone shower fitted for a relative coming out of hospital. It was fitted in 48 hours. Very competent, very tidy, looks excellent. Fitted my purchase of long support handles and fixed the toilet seat while they were there. Highly recommend.

DH1 bathrooms came in, surveyed, sat us down to discuss options available and advise best suit. The installation team was very friendly and accommodating to us, keeping us up to date daily and asking us to check as they went. Nothing was too much. The quality of the installed equipment is perfect and the overall finish is amazing. We are extremely happy with the overall service and when our next bathroom comes up for renovation will definitely use DH1 Bathrooms again

Had a wet room fitted with dh1 bathrooms I can not thank them enough they give me my independence back after years of having to get help from my partner with getting in and out the bath I'm now able to shower alone and access by my wheelchair , the arrived when they said they would were from clean and tidy whilst working and removed all the old bathroom fittings free of charge :) which was even better , it's even better than I could of imagined they were very polite and respectful at all times would highly recommend them to anyone that's looking for a new bathroom
